Qualifications

• 10+ years of Regulatory Compliance or related roles in regulated financial institutions.
• Experience engaging with financial regulators and PSP/EMI licensing frameworks.
• Proven track record of policy development and remediation programs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for regulators and supervisory authorities.
• Lead regulatory inspections, inquiries, audits, and supervisory engagements.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies and controls.
• Coordinate responses to regulatory requests and ensure timely documentation.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on the business.
• Lead expansion of payment licences into new jurisdictions.
