Job summary

NexusSearch is seeking an Equity Sales professional to cover institutional buy-side clients across APAC, distributing equity research and pitching ideas while executing trading business. You will build and deepen long-term client relationships to drive brokerage revenue.

Role spans Associate to VP levels with a Master’s degree mandate; you will collaborate with research and trading teams, organize investor meetings and roadshows, and track client activity under fast-paced market conditions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree mandatory.
• 3–10 years equity sales / institutional brokerage / buy-side sell-side coverage experience.
• Established APAC institutional investor network.

Responsibilities

• Pitch equity research, stock ideas & market views to institutional portfolio managers / analysts
• Execute client orders, monitor market flows and provide real-time market updates
• Collaborate with research, corporate access & trading teams to service client needs
• Track client P&L, trading activity and identify revenue growth opportunities
• Organise client calls, investor meetings and roadshows together with corporate access team
• Maintain client CRM, capture client feedback and anticipate trading demands
