Job summary

Ambition is seeking an experienced Electronic Sales Trading professional to join its APAC Equities business in Hong Kong. The role focuses on electronic execution, algorithmic trading solutions, and institutional client coverage across Asia-Pacific markets.

You will drive franchise growth, enhance execution capabilities, and lead a high-performing sales trading team while collaborating with technology, risk and operations to ensure best execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in Electronic Sales Trading or Equities Sales Trading.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams.
• Strong APAC market knowledge and client leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with institutional clients across the region.
• Grow the electronic trading franchise with innovative execution solutions.
• Collaborate with technology, quantitative and product teams to enhance platforms.
• Advise clients on execution strategy and cost optimization.
• Ensure high-quality execution and best execution standards.
• Provide timely market intelligence and liquidity insights to clients.
• Oversee onboarding, connectivity and trading infrastructure access.
• Work with Risk, Compliance and Operations to maintain a robust trading environment.
• Lead strategic initiatives and platform development projects.
• Mentor and develop a sales trading team.
