Job summary

Heights Capital Management Asia, part of Susquehanna, seeks an Equity Capital Markets Manager in Hong Kong. You will source opportunities, build relationships with banks and brokers, and execute deals across Asia-Pacific while supporting portfolio companies beyond the close.

You will work with a cooperative Heights team, applying judgment to navigate complex transactions and structuring futures. Fluency in English is essential, with regional language skills a plus.

Qualifications

• Substantial ECM experience with a track record in sourcing and executing deals.
• Fluency with convertibles/equity-linked instruments or other structured-equity instruments.
• Direct relationships with company management, IR, and banks across Asia-Pacific.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to read financial statements and legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with issuer founders, management, banks and brokers across Asia-Pacific.
• Identify opportunities across a wide range of ECM deals, including regular-way and privately negotiated investments.
• Conduct thorough due diligence with management teams, site visits, sector analysis and market research.
• Handle wall-crosses, NDAs, negotiations, structuring, closing and post-investment support.
• Prepare thoughtful analyses and presentations for founders, management and internal discussions.
• Monitor market trends to spot new opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes.
