Job summary

Venchi-Hk-Limited is seeking an experienced CRM leader to drive Asia-wide retention strategies, manage campaigns and customer journeys, and analyze KPIs to improve loyalty and sales performance. The role requires collaborating with marketing, retail, and e-commerce teams to ensure seamless clienteling and data-driven decision making.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in CRM, strong analytics, and experience with BI tools and Adobe CRM, plus fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of CRM experience in retail or consumer brands.
• Strong analytical skills with BI/visualization proficiency.
• Proficient in CRM platforms including Adobe CRM and segmentation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM and retention strategy for Asia (excl. Mainland China).
• Design data-driven customer journeys and translate insights into campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, retail, and EC teams to implement end-to-end clienteling.
