Job summary

Belimo seeks a Product Manager to analyze market trends and define clear specifications for a product family focused on control valves. You will manage projects through the Release Process, introduce products to the market, and support life cycle activities to maximize sales and profitability.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing and content teams, coordinate communications, and ensure alignment with Asia Pacific and HQ on priorities and updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in HVAC industry, preferably with control valves or hydronic systems.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in MS Office and related applications.
• SAP and CRM knowledge would be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, drivers, challenges and customer needs for planning.
• Assist in developing strategic product plans based on insights.
• Manage full product lifecycle from creation to discontinuation.
• Support launches and market introduction with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate product communications and documentation for technical, marketing, and sales.
• Review requests, assess competitors, pricing, and benefits with market management.
• Communicate with Asia Pacific and HQ to align priorities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and content teams on launch and change processes.
