Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least eight years in asset management, financial services, transformation, product ownership, program management, or business analysis.
• Experience delivering strategic change in a complex, regulated environment.
• Advanced capabilities in roadmap development, prioritization, requirements analysis, process and operating-model design, governance, testing, implementation, and benefits realization.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Strong technology and digital fluency with Product, Technology, and Data teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the APAC Client Service transformation roadmap, translating strategic priorities into a portfolio of initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional programs end-to-end with scope, milestones, risks, and outcomes.
• Balance long-term strategy with near-term practical solutions for improvements.
• Act as Transformation Product Owner by defining vision, backlog, and requirements.
• Represent APAC Client Service with global Product Owners and Technology teams.
• Design scalable operating models and reengineer processes to simplify workflows and strengthen controls.
• Champion digital, data, workflow, automation, and responsible AI opportunities.
• Build senior stakeholder alignment and lead governance, change management, and adoption tracking.
• Partner with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Control to meet policy and regulatory risk requirements.
• Support BAU activities, governance, and management metrics.
