Interactive Brokers Hong Kong Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Client Risk Analyst (Trade and Clients Support) to serve as a liaison to professional clients across the Asia-Pacific region, including broker-dealers and hedge funds. You will deliver high-touch service to expand our global product offering.

You will respond to inquiries by ticket, phone, email, and chat; investigate trade and account issues; meet with institutional clients to identify needs and propose workflow solutions; and

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years’ experience
• HKSI Paper 1 (Type 1, 2, and 3), FINRA Series 7 license or ability to obtain
• Strong product knowledge across equities, options, futures, FX
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred)
• Experience in middle/back office operations, compliance, electronic trading or fund administration is a plus

Mansioni

• Respond to clients’ inquiries via ticket, telephone, email, and live chat
• Investigate account management and trade-related issues (execution, order routing, trade busts, liquidation)
• Meet with institutional clients to identify needs and propose services and workflow solutions
• Understand service issues at a detailed, technical level and make recommendations for process improvements
