Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking an Analyst, Dealer/Customer Services to support institutional and professional clients across the Asia-Pacific region. This role focuses on monitoring portfolios, margin management, and trade execution across equities, futures, options, FX, bonds, and CFDs.

You will handle client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, review margin requirements, investigate incidents, and collaborate with internal stakeholders on risk control and system enhancements

Qualifications

• University degree with at least 2 years of experience in brokerage, banking, trading operations, risk management, compliance, or fund administration.
• Strong understanding of financial products including Equities, Options, Futures, FX, and other capital market instruments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese; Mandarin proficiency is advantageous.
• Knowledge of margining, trade life cycle, market operations, or electronic trading platforms is highly preferred.
• HKSI Paper 1 (Type 1/2/3) or equivalent licensing qualification is preferred; candidates willing to obtain the licence will also be considered.

Responsabilités

• Monitor client portfolios and trading activities to identify margin deficiencies, trading exceptions, and risk-related issues.
• Support trade execution and operational matters across products including Equities, Futures, Options, FX, Bonds, and CFDs.
• Review and maintain margin requirements in line with market conditions, internal policies, and regulatory standards.
• Provide timely support to clients through phone, email, and chat regarding trading, risk, and account-related enquiries.
• Investigate service issues, complaints, and operational incidents while coordinating with internal stakeholders for resolution.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to risk control, system enhancement, and operational projects.
