Job summary

Ares Management is seeking an Analyst to join the APAC Relationship Management team in Hong Kong. You will support investor relations, client servicing, and investor operations for institutional clients and prospects across Hong Kong and Southeast Asia.

You will work closely with senior Relationship Managers to manage meetings, investor feedback, reporting, and fundraising coordination. You will interact with investment professionals and product managers to stay informed on portfolio

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
Minimum 2 years in asset management, investor relations, or related financial services.
Knowledge of alternative investments and client servicing.
Strong communication, both written and verbal, and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Support APAC Relationship Management team with investor relations and client servicing.
Track meetings with investors; maintain Salesforce records and related tasks.
Assist in investor due diligence, reporting, and market research.
Coordinate data requests and respond to investor inquiries.
Participate in internal meetings and maintain client and prospect databases.
Prepare marketing materials and reporting to support fundraising efforts.
Develop into a junior Relationship Manager through experience.
