Allied World is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Support professional to join its Hong Kong Claims team. You will assist with data entry, FNOL handling, filing, and processing of simple claims under guidance.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic qualification required.
• Fresh graduate can be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist in system data entry including claim registration, payments and reserve adjustments.
• Handle First Notification of Loss (FNOL) and inquiries or claims, interfacing with customers, intermediaries, or third parties as needed.
• Set up and manage filing and administrative systems to ensure information is recorded, secure and accessible.
• Assist in preparing and processing claim files and documents for Claims handlers.
• Process mostly low-value, simple claims under guidance within assigned authority and service standards.
• Deliver duties within service turnaround time and claims KPI targets.
• Take on additional duties as warranted.
