Job summary

CertiK is seeking a high-energy Business Development Manager in Hong Kong to accelerate growth across the APAC region, leading end-to-end sales of security solutions including smart contract audits, penetration testing, formal verification, Skynet threat monitoring, and compliance services.

You will bridge Web2 finance with Web3 projects, drive pipeline, manage multi-stakeholder deals, and collaborate with security engineering, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure successful client onboarding

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of successful B2B sales or business development experience in Web3, blockchain security, cybersecurity, SaaS, or institutional fintech.
• Strong familiarity with Web3 native ecosystems (EVM chains, Layer 1/2 protocols, DeFi, tokenomics, smart contract architectures).
• Professional working proficiency in English and Mandarin for regional collaboration and global client management.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through structured outbound outreach and consultative deal closing.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Generation & Outbound BD: identify, prospect, and engage decision-makers across blockchain protocols, DeFi projects, exchanges, and Web2 entrants.
• Full Sales Cycle Execution: drive complex multi-stakeholder sales from outreach to proposal, price negotiation, and contract execution.
• Enterprise & Institutional Sales: engage traditional financial institutions, asset managers, family offices, and tech enterprises seeking security for Web3 initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with security engineering, solutions architecture, delivery, and marketing teams for smooth deal execution.
• Account Expansion & Networking: build long-term relationships to drive renewals, add-ons, and monitoring subscriptions; represent CertiK at events.
