Job summary

CertiK is hiring a Business Development Manager in Hong Kong to accelerate growth across APAC. You will drive end-to-end sales for our security solutions, including smart contract audits, penetration testing, and compliance services.

Focus on engaging CTOs, founders, and web3/institutional buyers, with Mandarin and English for regional collaboration. You will partner with global teams to close high-value deals and expand client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of successful B2B sales or business development in Web3, cybersecurity, SaaS, or institutional fintech.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and engage decision-makers across protocols, DeFi projects, exchanges, and Web2 entrants.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from outreach to proposal, price negotiation and contract execution.
• Engage traditional financial institutions, asset managers, family offices, and tech enterprises seeking institutional-grade security.
• Collaborate with security engineering, solutions architecture, delivery and marketing teams to ensure deal execution and onboarding.
• Build long-term relationships with key accounts to drive renewals, add-ons, and monitoring subscriptions.
