Job summary

Moody's Corporation in Hong Kong seeks an experienced enterprise sales leader to expand relationships with Tier 1 & 2 banks and regional financial institutions. You will engage C-level stakeholders and shape multi-year account strategies aligned to client priorities.

Lead cross-functional teams, cross-sell Moody's Analytics suite across credit, ESG, KYC, data and analytics, and drive revenue growth while ensuring governance and risk compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in enterprise sales or direct client coverage with banking clients.
• Strong track record of engaging C-level stakeholders and leading large multi-year deals.
• Deep knowledge of credit, risk, capital markets or KYC workflows.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into tailored Moody's solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and expand relationships with Hong Kong's Tier 1 & 2 banks and institutional clients.
• Retain and grow revenue by cross-selling Moody’s Analytics across credit, ESG, KYC/AML, data and analytics.
• Build and lead high-performing sales teams; coordinate with Sales, Pre-sales, Product, Finance and Legal.
• Position Moody’s insights in regulatory and industry contexts; drive complex sales cycles to close.
• Provide accurate forecasting and feedback to senior leadership; participate in governance committees.
