Job summary

Moody's Analytics Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the Strategy and Business Management team in shaping the APAC strategy and coordinating regional initiatives. You will work with Moody's affiliates, analyze market data, prepare presentations for senior leadership, and identify AI-enabled opportunities to enhance efficiency.

This role requires strong communication, high organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic financial services

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in business analysis, strategy, consulting or a related role within financial services
• Strong analytical thinking with strategic mindset
• Experience in AI models and building AI agents to support analysis
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Support strategy and business management, formulating strategic initiatives
• Drive APAC strategy execution and coordinate with Moody's affiliates
• Analyze market data to identify regional growth opportunities
• Prepare strategic presentations for global and regional leadership meetings
• Manage affiliate relationships and governance matters
• Identify and implement AI-driven use cases to improve efficiency
• Organize country management and local office activities, including events
