Job summary

Captar Partners Limited is seeking a Country Freight Forwarding Sales Manager with strong Air Freight expertise to lead and grow the sales function across key Asian markets, with a focus on revenue growth and client relationships.

The role requires 8–12+ years in freight forwarding sales, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proven capabilities in negotiating large deals and managing cross-cultural teams across APAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• 8–12+ years of freight forwarding sales experience, with strong focus on Air Freight.
• Proven track record in selling Air Freight and integrated logistics solutions.
• Strong negotiation and strategic selling skills.
• Deep understanding of international trade, INCOTERMS and global logistics.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute country-level sales strategies with focus on Air Freight growth.
• Identify and win new business opportunities across Air Freight and integrated logistics solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including global and regional accounts.
• Lead high-value negotiations, bids and RFQ/RFP processes for Air Freight solutions.
• Lead, coach and develop the country sales team to achieve targets.
• Own the country sales budget, revenue goals and gross profit delivery.
