Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited seeks a Business Analytics Manager to lead analytics strategy, drive KPI design, and deliver executive dashboards across the business. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and govern data modeling while enabling self-serve reporting.

The role requires strong experience in business analysis, project management, and BI tool proficiency (Power BI/Tableau/Looker) with SQL and data governance

Qualifications

• Strong background in business analysis and project management within the Technology sector.
• Strong understanding of KPI design, data modeling, and metric governance.
• Demonstrated experience building executive dashboards and self‑serve reporting.
• Proficiency with BI tools and analytics platforms such as Power BI/Tableau/Looker; advanced SQL skills (joins, CTEs, window functions).
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
