Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited seeks a Business Analyst (New Business) to gather, analyze, and document requirements from key stakeholders, and to support end-to-end business and technology projects within a large-scale transformation program in Hong Kong.

The role involves facilitating requirement workshops, preparing BRDs and functional documentation, and collaborating with development and testing teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience with proven requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with both business users and technology teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
• Experience within insurance industries is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of end-to-end business processes and customer-facing digital platforms is a plus.
