Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to conduct business intelligence and advanced analytics, aiming to discover and fulfill customers’ needs proactively, and to identify opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to support business growth.
• Create visualizations, prepare presentation and MIS reports with actionable insights for business stakeholders, lead discussions on analytics and interpretation of results to drive decision making.
• Leverage new data points and data models to bring in new data insights from different angles.
• Continuously explore cutting‑edge solutions in Data Science and take initiatives in evaluating new methodologies and use cases.
• Support business analytics initiatives and projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related disciplines.
• Relevant experience in data/business analytics.
• Conversant with PC applications including MS Excel, VBA, PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong programming skill in SAS/Python or any statistical software.
• Knowledge of building dashboards using QlikView/QlikSense or other data visualisation tools.
• Self‑driven with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• A customer‑centric attitude, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
