HKU Alumni invites applications for a Project Manager (Alumni Affairs) at the rank of Executive Officer in the Development & Alumni Affairs Office. You will join a dynamic team engaging HKU's alumni through events, donation campaigns and outreach, reporting to the Assistant Director (Alumni Affairs).

Qualificações

• A good university degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in event management, alumni relations, external communications, marketing and social media is an advantage.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning, organisation and execution of alumni events and activities (campus reunions, alumni tours, networking events).
• Support congregation-related events with logistics, materials and liaising with parties.
• Assist in managing the Office’s social media content across platforms and monitor engagement.
• Support content development for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, WeChat and Xiaohongshu.
• Maintain alumni relationships, handle inquiries, update records and support outreach initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors on procurement, payments, logistics and admin duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
