Job summary

Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for All Day Dining to lead the Food & Beverage service team. The role oversees restaurant operations, ensures budgeted profit, and reports to the Restaurant Manager.

You will deliver a delighted dining experience, liaise with kitchen, and support menu promotions. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of hotel F&B experience, strong managerial and interpersonal skills, and a passion for customer service in a luxury

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant hotel Food & Beverage experience.
• Experience in luxury hotel settings preferred.
• Strong leadership and guest-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant operations to ensure smooth daily service.
• Maintain high-quality service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen on quality and presentation.
• Manage guest complaints tactfully and professionally.
• Coordinate with teams on new menus and promotions.
• Develop relationships with guests to encourage return visits.
