Qualifications

Minimum 3 years' working experience in modern fine dining at similar capacity.
Good managerial and interpersonal skills.
Passion in customer service and hospitality industry.
Willing to learn and able to work under pressure.
International exposure will be an advantage.
Excellent communication skills and fluent in Cantonese and English; Putonghua a plus.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operation and support administration.
Understand guests’ needs and deliver excellent service with professional recommendations.
Deliver a delightful Japanese modern fine dining experience.
Handle guest complaints in the absence of managers.
Develop colleagues and lead the team to achieve targets and guest satisfaction.
Follow HACCP and hygiene standards at all times.
Liaise with kitchen team daily.
Assist Restaurant General Manager on ad hoc projects.
