Job summary

CPJobs International is seeking an energetic logistics professional to manage airfreight documentation for import and export, including MAWB/HAWB, manifests and licenses. You will assist on-site cargo handling and coordinate with customs, agents, and airlines to ensure smooth shipments.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, bilingual English and Chinese, plus attention to detail and reliability. Immediate availability is preferred and a discretionary bonus may be offered.

Qualifications

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above.
• 1 year of relevant air forwarding experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
• Good command of English and Chinese; Mandarin a plus.
• Highly organized and detail-minded with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Immediate availability preferred.

• Handle full set of airfreight import & export documentation, including MAWB, HAWB, Manifest, and any necessary licenses to ensure timely operations
• Assist with on-site processing of cargo handling at the terminal for both import and export shipments
• Liaise with relevant parties, including internal team members, customs, AFCD, terminal handling agents, and airlines for shipment arrangements
• Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Working Hours

• 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, with alternative Saturday shift)
• Shift Duty: 07:00 – 24:00 (9 hours per shift, including 1-hour lunch time)
• Willingness to work overtime and on holidays as needed

Requirements

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above;
• 1 year of relevant experience in an air forwarding role is preferred
• Proficient in MS office applications (MS Excel and Word), and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese,knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
• Highly organized and detail-minded with a strong sense of responsibility
• Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
