Job summary

Lever, Inc. in Hong Kong is seeking an Operations professional to provide operation and documentation support for the Air Operations team. You will manage air freight documents and coordinate with concerned parties to ensure correct shipment requirements.

The role involves planning and follow-up of existing orders, requires at least 2 years in air freight forwarding, and may progress to a Team Leader with more experience. Night shift is required, and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• DSE or above.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in air freight forwarding field.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for a Team Leader position.
• Proficiency in MS Office Application.
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua).
• Willing to learn, self-motivated, good communication skills and able to work under pressure.
• Night shift is required.
• Fresh graduates will also be considered (Operations position).
