Job summary

Scan Global Logistics Limited is seeking a senior freight forwarding professional to manage daily e-Commerce airfreight capacity and develop product offerings. You will set rates based on total costs and drive revenue through partnerships and new channels.

The role requires over 10 years in logistics, fluency in English and Mandarin, and strong Excel skills. Immediate availability is preferred and office work in Hong Kong is expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with customers and negotiate favorable terms.
• Prepare regular business analysis reports for management.
• Support ad-hoc projects such as charter flights.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for daily e-Commerce airfreight capacity and development product offerings.
• Require P&L responsibility. Set selling rates based on total end-to-end costs (buying rates local handling etc.)
• Build and develop key partnership network for sales revenue together with internal or external.
• Identify and explore new customer channels to drive business growth.
• Build up and enhance relationships with customers, securing favorable terms and conditions for the company.
• Prepare regular business analysis reports for management.
• Assist any other ad-hoc projects as required by customer (e.g. charter flight)

About you

• 10+ years of experience in freight forwarding, business development, e-commerce logistics.
• Preferably worked in e-commerce industry with strong connections to top industry players.
• Strong commercial mindset and understand latest market trends to provide the solution to the customer strategies.
• Closely work with internal & external master loader for capacity procurement.
• Proficient in Excel skills.
• Hands-on work is required.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English / Mandarin.
• Immediate available is preferred.
