Job summary

bigboXX.com Limited in Hong Kong seeks a logistics coordinator to monitor daily distribution operations for in-house and outsourced fleets, track KPIs, and coordinate with customers, contractors, drivers, and internal teams. The role also involves preparing reports, maintaining records, and supporting cost control.

You will verify contractor invoices and monitor compliance, while contributing to service improvements in a fast-paced Kwai Chung environment with strong teamwork and efficiency focus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related disciplines.
• 1–2 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or fleet operations.
• Familiar with fleet management, transportation operations, and KPI monitoring.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Good spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive team player with strong coordination skills.
• Service-oriented and detail-minded.
