Job summary

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics is seeking an Operations Associate in Hong Kong. You will support airfreight operations, manage essential documentation, and coordinate with clients to ensure timely, compliant cargo movements.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship in Logistics Management is required.
• Associate’s Degree in Logistics Management is preferred.
• Languages: Proficient in national language; elementary in English.
• Work experience: experience in administrative or clerical role.

Responsibilities

• Manages airfreight shipments from origin to destination and ensures timely delivery.
• Prepares customs documentation and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Monitors shipment status and provides timely updates to clients.
• Communicates with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Prepares and manages bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.
• Manages costs for airfreight exports and negotiates with carriers.
• Addresses issues during export to avoid delays or discrepancies.
• Ensures activities comply with laws, regulations and company policies.
