Responsibilities

Manage the logistics of airfreight shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely delivery.
Handle customs documentation and ensure regulatory compliance to facilitate exports.
Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to clients.
Communicate with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues.
Prepare and manage documents for airfreight exports (bills of lading, invoices, packing lists).
Negotiate rates with carriers and manage export costs.
Address issues during the export process and ensure adherence to laws and company policies.
