Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics in Hong Kong is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage airfreight shipments from start to finish, ensuring secure, timely and compliant movement of freight while liaising with customers, carriers and internal teams.

You will monitor shipments, enter data in CargoWise, handle inquiries, prepare quotations, invoices, and maintain audit-ready files, with emphasis on accuracy, customer service and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• College or above education required.
• Proven experience in logistics operations.
• Proficiency in Cantonese essential for drivers and suppliers; English for global communication.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with freight management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage airfreight/logistics shipments end-to-end.
• Liaise with customers, carriers, suppliers, warehouse teams, and overseas offices.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure data entry and job management in CargoWise.
• Provide operational support during shift or out-of-hours duties.
