Job summary

WAC International Logistics (HK) Limited in Hong Kong seeks an Operation Supervisor (Air-Export) to manage full air export shipments, communicate with clients and overseas agents, and support daily logistics operations. The role involves day/night shifts and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Applicants should have 2–3 years of logistics/shipping coordination experience, strong English and Mandarin skills, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook.

Qualifications

• F.5 or above education is required.
• 2–3 years solid experience in logistics/shipping coordination.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of air export shipments.
• Communicate with clients and overseas agents.
• Trace cargo status and monitor air performance.
• Support daily logistics operations and ad hoc projects.
• Work day/night shifts as assigned by Managers.
