Job summary

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics Ltd. in Hong Kong is seeking an Operations Associate to support logistics operations with precise administrative tasks, shipment coordination, and client communication.

You will help manage airfreight exports from origin to destination, prepare bills of lading, packing lists, and invoices while ensuring compliance with regulations. The role requires an apprenticeship in logistics management (or equivalent), plus clerical experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Apprenticeship in Logistics Management required.
• Associate's Degree in Logistics Management preferred.
• Work experience in administrative or clerical roles is expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain efficiency and accuracy of logistics operations through admin support.
• Manage airfreight logistics from origin to destination and monitor status.
• Prepare documents for airfreight exports (B/Ls, invoices, packing lists).
• Communicate with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues.
