Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Hong Kong is seeking a diligent Airfreight Operations Assistant to support daily inquiries, coordinate with airlines and co-loaders, and assist in planning cargo consolidations for optimal space utilization.

The role requires 1–2 years in airfreight forwarding, fluent English and Mandarin, and proficiency in MS Office. Shift and overnight work are expected, with CW1 experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Form 5 / DSE graduates or above.
• 1–2 years’ experience in Airfreight forwarding.
• Familiar with Middle East/Africa/Europe and USA market.
• Good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Able to work overtime and work under pressure.
• Willing to work on shift and overnight.
• Experience with CW1 is a plus.
