Job summary

Mastercard Advisors, the professional services arm of Mastercard's Data & Services organization, seeks a Director to lead the Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau markets, driving growth across the Retail & Commerce and Fintech sectors, with a focus on AI and agentic solutions, digital assets, and innovation.

Based in Taiwan or Hong Kong with travel within Greater China, you will build new business relationships, lead end-to-end sales, and ensure client needs are met through strategic insights and

Qualifications

• Sales experience in top firms.
• Ability to develop compelling sales narratives.
• Proven ability to initiate, develop, and close a sale.
• Self-motivation with hunting attitude.
• Excellent bilingual communication (Mandarin & English).
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business relationships, converting qualified opportunities into revenue.
• Lead end-to-end sales efforts from research and storyboarding to client presentations and contract signing.
• Ensuring product development efforts meet the needs of clients in Taiwan / Hong Kong / Macau.
• Develop relevant and value-creating analysis and insight for our clients.
• Build strategies, propositions & operating models independently or as part of a consulting team.
• Apply quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify client issues and craft proposals.
• Synthesize analysis into clear recommendations and presentations for steering committees.
• For small engagements, manage projects, staffing, and required analyses.
• Develop relationships with mid to senior client management and maintain executive ties.
• Travel within Greater China as needed.
