You Find Ltd. in Hong Kong is seeking an AI-driven account servicing professional to lead digital marketing strategies and client engagement across SEO and AI-powered search.

You will collaborate with internal specialists, manage day-to-day client servicing, analyze data across platforms, and drive renewals and upsell opportunities with regional exposure to the Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B account management or digital marketing experience.
• Fluency in Cantonese and business-level English; Mandarin a plus.
• Higher Diploma or above preferred; strong data analysis, proposal writing, and presentations required.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Planning & Execution: translate client goals into data-driven digital marketing strategies across SEO and AI-powered search.
• Client Servicing & Account Management: manage day-to-day servicing for assigned key accounts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with internal teams to deliver client campaigns.
• Daily AI Integration: leverage AI tools to accelerate tasks like proposals, reporting and presentations.
• Data Analysis & Platform Insights: use Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta, etc., to derive insights and solutions.
• Client Retention & Portfolio Growth: drive renewals and upsell opportunities within the portfolio.
