Job summary

Cisco in Hong Kong is seeking a high-energy Presales / Solution Architect Manager to lead and grow our solutions engineering teams across Greater China and Japan, converting AI pilots into production-scale agentic systems.

You will own the technical sales strategy for AI workloads, align Cisco architectures with business problems in banks, manufacturers, telcos, governments and hyperscale-adjacent customers, and coach a regional team across Greater China, Korea and Japan.

Qualifications

• Strong technical depth in AI infrastructure, networking, security and observability.
• Proven ability to lead teams across cultures and geographies.
• Experience in CxO engagements and multi-year transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical sales strategy for AI and agentic workloads across the region.
• Lead customer engagements with CXOs, CTOs and AI leaders on multi-year journeys.
• Build and coach a high-performing regional team across Greater China, Korea and Japan.
• Drive demand and market expansion through technical events and proof-of-concept programs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Experience, partners, marketing and the APJC AI practice to influence product direction.
