Job summary

Novautek Autonomous Driving Limited is seeking a proactive Business Development professional responsible for identifying market opportunities, developing new customers, and maintaining existing relationships to drive growth in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia.

You will lead market research, negotiate partnerships, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and monitor performance to optimize market share in the robotics and AI-enabled driving space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering, automation, marketing or related fields.
• 3+ years of business development experience in robotics or related industries, with Hong Kong/Southeast Asia experience preferred.
• Deep understanding of robotics technology and market, with ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage customer relationships.
• Strong market analysis, business acumen and ability to formulate market strategies independently.
• Team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities and develop new customers while maintaining existing relationships.
• Conduct market research on trends, competitors and customer needs in the robot industry and craft BD strategies.
• Develop AI scenario applications, robot and self-driving project opportunities and drive growth and revenue.
• Lead business negotiations with potential customers to reach favorable agreements.
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth project progress and meet customer needs.
• Monitor performance, analyze data and optimize strategies to improve market share.
• Build and leverage industry networks through exhibitions and conferences.
