Job summary

Delken Group Limited in Hong Kong's Wanchai district seeks a Sales / Business Development Manager / Executive to drive IT/AI system solutions forward. You will build new client relationships, analyze needs, and position interactive board and AI offerings across industries.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of sales, with multi-language fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. You will develop strategies to hit revenue targets in a dynamic DX environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Construction or related field.
2+ years of sales experience with revenue targets.
Experience selling IT/AI management systems across multiple industries.
Experience in Manufacturing/Construction/Building industry is an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Positive attitude and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

Establish new and maintain client relationships with individuals to market.
Understand and analyze issues and challenges facing the clients from strategy formulation to day-to-day operations.
Develop and execute strategies to meet revenue goals for Interactive Board and AI solutions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
Conduct solution demonstration and presentation to customers.
Be responsive to clients’ inquiries and concerns to build long-lasting relationships.
