The Legislative Council Secretariat 立法會秘書處 is seeking an Assistant Information Technology Officer in the Information Technology Office of the Administration Division. The role supports AI/IT security research, project development, and the deployment of AI-powered solutions, NLP, and multi-LLM applications.

You will assist in procurement, system design, testing and user training, while ensuring IT security standards are met and coordinating with internal users and vendors.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or above in electronic engineering, computer science, IT, AI engineering, data science or related field.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Five years' relevant AI/IT security related experience.
• Knowledge of AI/LLM technologies, NLP, API design and system integration.
• Familiarity with IT security standards and risk management.
• Strong communication, initiative and ability to work under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Assist team leaders in AI/IT security research, evaluation and project development.
• Provide technical support for IT systems, security monitoring and AI-powered solutions.
• Lead or support AI/LLM projects, including procurement, design, testing and training.
• Prepare funding proposals and budget analysis.
• Support AI chatbot, NLP, RAG, and multi-LLM applications and APIs.
• Develop security controls for AI models, data pipelines and integrations.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure IT security compliance.
• Enhance business applications for AI integrations and security.
• Participate in incident response, vulnerability management and recovery tests.
• Contribute to other IT/electronic system projects as required.
