Job summary

Manpower Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a skilled AI/Data Engineering professional to design and deploy secure full‑stack AI solutions centering on RAG and agentic MCP workflows. You will enable locally hosted LLMs in Docker, while integrating data cleansing, document processing, and model fine-tuning for enterprise datasets.

The role requires hands-on development with Python, Node.js, React, RabbitMQ and DBMS, plus VBA/Power BI for automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with RAG, agentic/MCP solutions, and locally hosted LLMs in Docker/containerized environments.
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, React, RabbitMQ, DBMS; data cleansing and document processing; building AI training datasets.
• Knowledge of VBA, Power BI, Access, and CI/CD tools.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; strong problem-solving and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Data Engineering: Clean, prepare, and process datasets/documents to fine-tune open-source/enterprise models.

• Operational Innovation: Research emerging AI tech to prototype creative solutions for division needs and perform ad-hoc duties as required.
