Job summary

KOS International Holdings is seeking a driven Senior Customer Analytics & Data Science Manager to explore and implement AI-driven strategies in the personal banking sector. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions while ensuring regulatory alignment and risk governance.

The role emphasizes hands-on model development, vendor evaluation, and envisioning new opportunities as AI technologies evolve in financial services.

Qualifications

4 years' experience in analytics, modelling and machine learning/AI/Generative AI, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
Experience in Banking/Financial Services or FinTech is preferred.
Knowledge of embedding techniques, RAG, prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Explore and create strategic AI solutions for personal banking by leveraging emerging AI technologies (Generative AI, RL, ML).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Develop and refine AI models to meet objectives and regulatory requirements.
Identify and evaluate AI vendors for use cases and ensure deliverables and timelines are met.
Proactively identify new business opportunities and AI-driven targeting strategies.
