Job summary

Chiyu Banking Corporation Limited is seeking a data analytics and AI professional to enhance AI capabilities and support cross-border banking operations. You will work with business units to gather requirements and develop AI solutions, including model fine-tuning and RAG techniques.

The role emphasizes collaboration with tech and business teams, documentation, and mentoring staff while exploring innovative technologies to deliver value and control risk for customers across Hong Kong and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis and AI applications in banking or financial services preferred.
• Solid experience in big data and AI application development with familiarity in model fine-tuning (SFT), prompt engineering, and retrieval augmented generation (RAG).

Responsibilities

• Enhance data analysis and AI application capabilities for the bank.
• Utilize big data and AI technologies to control risks, reduce operating costs, and support management decision-making.
• Communicate with business units for user requirements, needs analysis, and functional specifications.
• Assist in development, testing, launch and production support of data analysis/applications and AI solutions.
• Prepare relevant documentation and provide training to technical supports and users.
• Conduct market and technology research, introducing innovative technologies to drive business through tech innovation.
