Job summary

KOS International Limited is seeking a Customer Analytics & Data Science Manager with an AI focus for its banking business in Hong Kong. You will lead analytics and AI initiatives, translate business needs into technical solutions, and drive model development under regulatory requirements.

The role requires 4+ years in analytics/AI with at least 1 year in management, industry experience preferred, and strong English/Chinese communication.

Qualifications

4 years' analytics, modelling and AI/ML experience, including at least 1 year in a managerial role.
Experience in Banking/FinTech preferred.
Knowledge of embedding techniques, RAG, prompting and LLM fine-tuning; experience with search/recommendation systems is a plus.
Strong business sense and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Explore and create strategic AI-enabled solutions for the personal banking business.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Develop and refine AI models to meet business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Identify and evaluate AI vendors to ensure deliverables and timelines are met.
Identify new business opportunities powered by AI advancements.
Stay highly attuned to the latest AI trends.
