The role involves collaborating with Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering to ensure data is accurate, well-structured, and translated into meaningful actions, including AI-enabled analytics to accelerate insights.

Qualifications

• Customer analytics experience, using insights to influence decisions.
• Strong SQL and experience working with large datasets.
• Data visualization and storytelling using BI tools (e.g., Tableau/Power BI/Looker).
• Knowledge of core analytical methods and AI/advanced analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer data to identify trends, drivers, and opportunities related to growth, engagement, and customer experience.
• Develop and maintain core customer datasets, metrics, and dashboards that support enterprise reporting.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering teams to define data requirements, validate pipelines, and improve data models.
• Apply analytical techniques (segmentation, driver analysis, trend analysis) to deepen understanding of customer behaviours.
• Use AI-enabled analytics (e.g., ML/NLP/GenAI) to accelerate customer insights and improve segmentation, ensuring outputs are explainable and appropriately governed.
• Translate complex analysis into clear narratives, visualisations, and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Contribute to development of customer measurement frameworks and performance reporting.
• Support data governance, definitions, and data quality improvements.
• Communicate insights in a way that informs decisions at both working and senior levels.
