Job summary

Links International is seeking a Data & AI Lead to guide enterprise-wide AI, data and automation initiatives. You will design scalable AI solutions, build digital workers, and lead a cross-functional team to deliver measurable business value across manufacturing, logistics and operations.

The role focuses on Generative AI, ML, RPA, CV and cloud platforms, with responsibilities spanning strategy, delivery, governance and stakeholder alignment. A transformative leadership position in HK.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• “12+ years” in data analytics, AI, automation or digital transformation.
• Proven enterprise-scale AI, data, and automation delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on expertise in Generative AI, ML, AI agents, RPA and intelligent automation.
• Experience with cloud-based AI/data platforms and API integrations.
• Proficiency in Python and related data/automation tech.
• Exposure to Digital Twin/IoT/Computer Vision is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management to align technical and business teams.
• Demonstrated leadership in building and mentoring high-performing tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide Data, AI and Intelligent Automation strategies and roadmaps.
• Design and scale AI-driven solutions including AI agents, copilots and digital workers.
• Develop workflow automation, RPA and intelligent process automation.
• Build and deploy conversational AI and voice-enabled assistants.
• Drive Digital Twin initiatives to optimize processes.
• Implement CV and AI-powered monitoring for QA, safety and productivity.
• Develop analytics capabilities, dashboards and predictive insights.
• Evaluate emerging tech from PoC to deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI/automation value.
• Manage external partners and delivery of projects.
• Build and mentor a high-performing AI/data/automation team.
