Job summary

Links International is seeking a Data & AI Lead to spearhead enterprise AI strategy and delivery in its IT team. You will design and scale AI-driven solutions, including AI agents, RPA, and Digital Twin initiatives to improve operations.

The role requires 12+ years in data/AI/automation, strong leadership, and hands-on expertise with Azure, Python, and modern data platforms. Manufacturing or logistics experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or engineering.
• Minimum 12 years in data analytics, AI or intelligent automation.
• Proven enterprise-scale AI/data/automation delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on expertise in Generative AI, ML, AI agents, RPA, conversational AI.
• Experience with Azure cloud and APIs.
• Strong Python proficiency.
• Leadership experience building and mentoring teams.
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or complex operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide Data, AI, and Intelligent Automation strategies and roadmaps.
• Design, implement, and scale AI-driven solutions, including AI agents, copilots, digital workers, and Generative AI applications.
• Develop and manage workflow automation, robotic process automation, and intelligent process automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Build and deploy conversational AI and voice-enabled assistant solutions to enhance user experience and business productivity.
• Drive Digital Twin initiatives to optimize manufacturing, operational, and business processes.
• Implement Computer Vision and AI-powered monitoring solutions to support quality assurance, compliance, safety, security, and productivity improvements.
• Develop advanced analytics capabilities, dashboards, and predictive insights using modern data platforms and technologies.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and lead innovation initiatives from proof-of-concept through enterprise-scale deployment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders across multiple functions to identify opportunities where AI and automation can deliver measurable business value.
• Manage external technology partners, vendors, and solution providers while ensuring successful project delivery.
• Build, mentor, and lead a team of AI, data, and automation professionals to drive technology innovation and execution.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Intelligent Automation, Digital Transformation, or related technology domains.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AI, data, and automation solutions with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Machine Learning, AI Agents, RPA, Conversational AI, and Intelligent Automation technologies.
• Experience with cloud-based AI and data platforms, including Azure ecosystem, modern data platforms, and API integrations.
• Proficiency in Python and other relevant programming, automation, or data engineering technologies.
• Exposure to Digital Twin, IoT, Computer Vision, Smart Factory, or Industry 4.0 initiatives is highly advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in building, mentoring, and managing high-performing technical teams.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced and evolving technology environment.
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, retail, or other complex operational environments is preferred
