Howden Hong Kong is seeking a Digital Transformation Analyst to identify and implement AI and automation solutions across the business, starting with operations efficiency improvements.

You will work with Operations and other functions to translate requirements into practical digital solutions, design workflows using Power Platform and AI tools, and help deploy AI agents while collaborating with regional and Group teams for alignment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Engineering or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, process automation, AI or tech projects; fresh grads considered with internship.
• Strong interest in AI and automation with a practical business mindset.
• Hands-on exposure to Power Platform and AI tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio) is advantageous.
• Exposure to Python, APIs or other automation tech is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good communication.

Mansioni

• Identify manual, repetitive or inefficient business processes and recommend opportunities for simplification, automation and AI enablement.
• Work with Operations and other business teams to understand requirements and translate them into practical digital, automation and AI solutions.
• Design, develop and test workflows and solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and AI tools, including Power Automate, Power Apps and Copilot Studio where appropriate.
• Support the development of AI agents and other AI-enabled solutions to improve productivity, operational efficiency and user experience.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts, conduct testing, gather user feedback and support solutions through implementation.
• Monitor implemented solutions, evaluate their effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and broader application across the business.
• Promote adoption and build local digital capability by delivering practical training, demonstrations and guidance to colleagues on AI and automation tools, including Power Automate, Copilot and other relevant Microsoft technologies.
• Collaborate with local, regional and Group Technology/Transformation teams where specialist expertise, integration or wider alignment is required, while supporting the responsible use of AI and automation with appropriate consideration for data privacy, information security, access controls and governance.
