Job summary

Amazon Web Services Hong Kong Limited seeks a Business Design Specialist to bridge executive vision and technical execution in AI-enabled business processes. You will identify transformation opportunities, design agentic AI workflows from the user perspective, and deliver concrete requirements and handoff packages for Solutions Architects and SSO specialists to implement.

In this pre-sales oriented role you will collaborate with account teams, Training & Certification, and partner ecosystem

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience influencing leadership decisions at the organizational level.
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences.
Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences.
6+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver business requirements documents, agentic AI process designs with current vs. future state workflows, ROI‑driven use cases, and handoff packages.
Collaborate with Solutions Architects and AI SSO specialists—focus on business perspective, they handle technical build.
Coordinate with account teams, Training & Certification, and partner ecosystem for seamless customer experiences.
Create and qualify the pipeline to drive revenue; measure success by workshops-to-projects conversion, pipeline influence, and faster time‑to‑commit.
