Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. in Hong Kong seeks a high-energy Presales / Solution Architect Manager to lead and grow solutions engineering teams across Greater China and Japan.

You will shape how customers move from pilots to production-scale agentic systems, ensuring security, observability, and scalable architectures. You will own the technical sales strategy, mentor senior engineers, and partner with engineering, marketing and customers to create measurable outcomes in performance and governance.

Qualifications

• Strong technical depth in AI infrastructure, networking, security and observability.
• Ability to lead and inspire teams across cultures and geographies.
• Comfortable in boardroom and architecture workshop.
• Understand promise and risks of agentic systems and translate to outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical sales strategy for AI and agentic workloads in the region.
• Lead engagements with CXOs, CTOs and AI leaders on multi-year transformations.
• Build and coach a regional team across Greater China, Korea and Japan.
• Drive demand through technical events, workshops, and PoC programs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, CX, partners and marketing to shape product direction.
