You will prototype architectures, validate decisions, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure security and integration. The role blends hands-on delivery with strategic direction, enabling impactful AI-enabled solutions across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Senior software engineer or solutions architect with enterprise delivery experience.
• Hands-on expertise with LLMs and generative AI (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini).
• Experience with prompt engineering, model selection, and latency optimization.
• Background in agentic workflows, memory systems and human-in-the-loop patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and validate AI-SDLC developer agents and multi-agent workflows.
• Translate business requirements into AI-augmented architectures for senior stakeholders.
• Communicate design trade-offs across latency, cost, observability and risk.
• Architect AI-enabled workflows across the engineering stack (VCS, CI/CD, testing).
• Deliver prototypes within tight delivery windows to show AI-native value.
• Lead end-to-end solution architecture design with agentic systems and RAG pipelines.
• Collaborate with leads and EA teams to meet security and integration requirements.
