Job summary

Expeditors Hong Kong is seeking a logistics support professional to perform daily warehouse and data entry tasks, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely billing. You will work with WMS and coordinate documentation for receiving and shipment, while maintaining strong client communications.

Qualifications

• Certificate/diploma or formal secondary school graduate, preferably with 1–2 years in freight forwarding.
• Fresh graduates with less experience will also be considered.
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Proficient PC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform all daily functions of assigned clients.
• Familiar with WMS and computerized inventory control systems.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and stock takes to ensure KPI accuracy.
• Process invoicing through company portal and handle billing documentation.
• Provide daily operational reports accurately and timely.
• Enter data for receiving, order allocation, shipping and inventory management.
• Provide documents to warehouse staff to complete receiving and shipping.
• Support other projects, filing and research as needed.
• Review and rate domestic transportation bills.
• Receive and respond to customer inquiries with supervisory guidance.

• Perform all daily functions of assigned Clients.
• Familiar in WMS and computerized inventory control system and its procedures.
• Conduct inventory cycle count and stock take, ensure inventory accuracy meets KPI.
• Perform invoicing through company portal and conducts billings including associated backup anddocumentation.
• Provide daily operational reports accurately and timely.
• Perform daily data entry for receiving, order allocation, shipping and inventory management, and audits picking activities.
• Provide warehouse staff with necessary documents and information needed to complete receiving, and to ship orders.
• Provide support with other miscellaneous projects, filing and research.
• Rating of domestic transportation bills.
• Receive and handle customer enquiry with Supervisory guidance.

Qualifications

• Certificate/diploma or Formal Secondary School graduate or above, preferably with 1-2 years working experience in freight forwarding industry
• Fresh graduates with less experience will also be considered
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Possess strong interest to pursue long term career in the logistic solutions industry
• Proficient PC knowledge
